Our 90-Day Limited Warranty covers telephone diagnosis and repair, as well as replacement of defective parts on refurbished items for the first 90 days after your game is shipped to you.
This warranty does not cover any abuse or misuse or any item moved or repaired without authorization by www.happy-manor.com.
Return / Refund / Exchange Policy
Please note, these policies are in place so that we can offer you the highest quality merchandise . While we do provide detailed information about each product, we understand you may have additional questions. Prior to your purchase, feel free to email us or the original designer for additional details. This will help eliminate unnecessary returns and fees and ensure that you, as our valued customer, receive the proper item.
We are committed to providing quality products. If you do have any concerns or problems with your purchase, please contact us as we offer an exchange or repair or refund guarantee against manufacturing faults if the product you have bought is:
- Faulty (other than through misuse)
- Significantly different to those shown or described to you. Please note that product colours may vary slightly from screen appearance.
- Not doing what it is supposed to do.
In the event of an exchange, repair or refund, the product must be returned within a reasonable amount of time (such as 30 days). Prior to returning the product, please tend to the following:
- Send and email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of the original order reply you received when the order was placed, and details of the reasons you wish to return the item(s).
- If approved, you will then be provided with details on how to return the item.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of freight or postage for returned items. In addition, our return policy does not apply if the product has been misused, soiled or damaged.
